Wow – that was awesome! Love the “graphic novella” – brilliant! I can’t say as how I’d be all that comfortable eating a pig in that context, but then, I’m always a little uncomfortable with the whole pig thing anyway (except bacon – but bacon doesn’t count).

I think roasting a calf would take too long (it took 7 hours to roast a 80lb half pig). I know that people around here usually dig a pit (with a tractor) and heat it up, then bury the cow and dig it up the next day. Like at a polka fest!
